I did it! It took me a few hours to get up off my butt and go but I finally walked around the neighborhood. I enjoyed being out in the beautiful 57* Tennessee sunshine and fresh air for an hour and seven minutes. According to mapquest the route I took was 4 miles.
I got home about 30 minutes ago with swollen fingers. Ouch! But I've been drinking water and the swelling has gone away! I think I'll be taking water with me tomorrow...
Next on my agenda is figuring out what to fix for dinner tonight :)
